Camporrosso Stone Valley is a private residential development located in Finestrat, Costa Blanca, Spain.

Location: The development is situated in Finestrat, a town in the province of Valencia, Spain. The exact address is Carrer de Brasil, 2, 11A, Finestrat (Alicante).
Camporrosso Stone Valley are located above the Avenida de América axis of the leisure centres under Sierra Cortina: Asia Gardens Hotel, Golf Courses, Villa Aitana Hotel, the theme park Terra Mítica... The Avenue is directly connected to the exit to AP-7. A few meters below is the best commercial area of the region: CC La Marina, Carrefour, Leroy Merlín, Mercadona, Decathlon, etc. And nearby all the services of the most powerful touristic centre of the Costa Blanca.

Design: The development is centered around a small valley. On each side of this valley is a phase, an area of the project. The houses, from the highest points on both sides, look towards the sea and the south. They also overlook their own large terraced spaces, spaces that bring life.

Terraces: Terraced gardens are the eternal dream of all Mediterranean cultures, both ancient and current. Like in the most ancient cultures, the terraces step down to the valley with large cyclopean stone walls and classic masonry. Each platform brings its beauty. The highest ones with water, the pools, the viewpoint, and the social meeting areas. The next terraces bring vegetation and paths for walking.
