The structure includes reinforced concrete foundations and slabs, structural termoarcilla block walls and reinforced concrete floors, in compliance with seismic resistance regulations.

The exterior façade is finished with monocapa mortar and includes thermal insulation with mineral wool. Flat roofs include additional insulation, with accessible roof areas on the solarium level.

Exterior carpentry is in black aluminium with thermal bridge break, combined with double glazing and an insulating air chamber. The homes also include pre-installation for electric curtain systems.
